Ingredients:

  • Bunch of Kale
  • Olive Oil
  • Sodium-free seasoning salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cute kale off the bunch
  3. Spritz olive oil and sodium-free season salt
  4. Spread out on tin foil and let bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.· The edges should be slightly brown on some pieces.
  5. Enjoy!!·

This is the only vegetable my 2 year old son eats!!!·
